Brooks INTELLIscribe LPR Client - INTELLIscribe is an LPR Print Client enabling you to seamlessly send documents to printers and print
servers anywhere in the world using the TCP/IP Internet protocol. It's very easy to set up and use
and includes excellent documentation to get you up and running quickly. You need only supply a
valid IP address for the printer in order to gain this functionality.

print destination balancing, round-robin printing, fail-over printing, reduced server demand, easy
reprint, archiving, drag-and-drop, print consolidation, and more.
INTELLIscribe
incorporates the Shared Print Activator. INTELLIscribe shared printing transforms users print
environment into a print distribution center and supports shared printers. This merges Windows
network printing with TCP/IP printing elevating the entire print environment.
A handy
wizard interface allows you to add as many virtual printers as you like and to associate real
remote printers with the virtual printers. INTELLIscribe runs in the background from the system
tray, seamlessly redirecting the virtual printer output to the remote printers.
INTELLIscribe also offers the ability to print a single file or job to multiple printers or print
servers simultaneously. This is called Broadcast Printing. Example uses include: If you have a
single document that you wish multiple users to receive or to send the print job to the printer and
a folder at the same time for archiving.
You can employ an included command-line
interface to automatically print during low-impact hours, print filenames, and send files across a
network. INTELLIscribe runs on all Windows platforms, enabling Windows 95 and 98 IP Printing
capabilities.
