surplus money that can safely be removed from the checking account because it not needed to pay
future bills. Use the money to pay down debt. Determine safe amount of new debt you can be carried.
It is simple Money Management system that does not take a lot of time or effort to maintain, but
still provides the financial basics, paying you bill on time, determining if there is enough money
to meet your future expenses and finding surplus money that can be a part of a debt reduction
