DataHound's unique keyword feature lets you label your records intuitively with words that won't
show up on reports. All keywords are stored in a keyword list for consistent, drag-and-drop
searching and labeling. Keywords can help you catalogue photos, music, physical inventory, and
other items requiring subjective or personalized descriptions. Powerful search and sort tools make
it simple to find exactly the information you need. Sharing your data is easy--print reports and
mailing labels or export part or all of your data to PDF, HTML, Excel and text reports. You can
also generate copies of your database or create subset databases that can be used with DataHound
and Microsoft Access. When you don't want to share your information, secure it with password
protection. You can create accounts for administrators, who have full editing privileges, or
read-only users, who can browse, search, and report the database entries but can't change your
