MobileAdmin - MobileAdmin is a complete set of tools for the monitoring and management of servers and applications
specially designed for operating through mobile devices (Mobiles, Smartphones, PDA, etc.).
MobileAdmin has a clients both for mobile devices (including RIM BlackBerry) and for a desktop PC,
providing reliable and protected messaging between client and server. For messaging to clients,
MobileAdmin server supports a set of interfaces with several network services as GPRS, SMS, ICQ,
Email and Windows Messenger.
MobileAdmin's purpose is the monitoring of servers and
server applications. For this purpose, MobileAdmin includes a set of tasks for checking the general
state of the system, the availability of network services and the operative condition of particular
applications. These tasks can generate reports on state change of inspected objects, errors in
operation and other important system events.
In addition to the usual monitoring, the
MobileAdmin has an advanced command interface especially focused on the use of short messages. This
results in the additional capabilities of revising the state of controllable objects, reception of
reports by request from mobile devices and operative management of monitoring tasks.
