Schedule Complex Shifts for Your Employees - The Complex-25 Excel spreadsheet creates schedules where each employee is assigned to a category
(manager, cook, etc.), a location (Store A, Store B, etc.) and a time (10:30 AM - 4:30 PM) each day
for up to a month. Daily shift assignments are made from drop-down menus of qualified employees. It
can enforce age-related work rules and keep track of your payroll based on employee wages and
scheduled hours. The spreadsheet also creates a vCalendar file to transfer schedules to your PDA,
Smart Phone and Outlook Calendar. The spreadsheet produces individual schedules and comes in sizes
for 25, 50,100 and 200 employees. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required.
During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to the number of schedules
displayed.
