Shop'NCook Shopping List & Recipe Manager for Mac - Shop'NCook combines a grocery list manager with a full-featured recipe organizer. Recipes are easily
added by typing them in, pasting from the clipboard or importing directly from the Internet.
Shop'NCook imports several popular formats (SCX, MM, MXP and MX2) and unformatted plain text
recipes. You organize your recipes in cookbooks that you can share with anyone or distribute over
the Internet with the free companion software Shop'NCook Cookbook Reader. An unique feature of
Shop'NCook is its fully customizable database of 2000 grocery items with nutritional data. You can
browse the database and click on the items to display nutritional information for more than forty
nutrients. The ingredients in the recipes are dynamically matched with the database items yielding
the nutritional analysis in an automated way. The ingredients of the recipes are scaled to the
number of servings, converted to your preferred shopping units and added to the shopping list with
a click. Contrary to most cooking softwares, shopping lists can also be created by directly
selecting items of the database, adding from sublists or just typing in new items. Other features:
an e-mail tool to send recipes and shopping lists; unit conversion calculator between volume and
weight units; direct access to an online recipe database where Shop'NCook users share their
recipes; export to HTML; support for baker's percentage.
